For 20 years we have been here to welcome you with courtesy!
Restored in 1996 in respect of the original dwelling, Villa Chele is a traditional house made of stone and wood. Thanks to its small size (4 rooms and 3 apartments) we managed to obtain familiar surroundings, where you can still breathe the atmosphere of ancient daily life. Here you can simply stay.
In whatever way you want to spend your leisure time (relaxation, sport or culture), we will be available to provide information, also thanks to our experience and knowledge of the area.
One of the moments that fill our heart, is to hear departing guests say “we felt good, like home”.
Please, entertain yourself in the cosy guest lounge, where the crackling fire of the foghèr, the ancient soul of the house will welcome you along with the traditional stove, the fornèl, to warm up in the colder months… and thhen, for you, a small library and the access to WiFi connection and … Maria Luisa’s generous breakfasts!
Rooms and apartments are equipped with all comforts (satellite tv, private bathroom with shower, soaps and hair dryers, linens and towels).

“The time of paths, the humble paths, has come”. Thus began the tale narrated by Giovanni Angelini, the humble “professor” of Zoldo, that in the last century loved to visit, see and feel the mountain, rediscovering forgotten paths.
Welcome in the heart of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park! One of the youngest and wildest Italian parks. A place that will surprise you with its unspoilt Nature and its many hidden treasures.
Our mountains (Unesco World Heritage) have emerged from the sea. One hundred million years ago … and today you can read the traces of their past in the color contrasts, fossilized coral reefs, white sands and dinosaur footprints (the highest dinosaur footprint in Europe was found on Mount Pelmo).
Here Mother Nature can offer an incredible variety of shades of green in Spring. In the Summertime you will relax in the pleasant coolness of the woods. And then, the vibrant colors of autumn Nature, that in Winter are transformed into a fascinating cold desert … the tale begins!
Hiking and nordick walking sticks, children carriers and snowshoes, are given in total gratuitousness to the tourist and guest at Villa Chele’s. Act now and ask for availability in the specific form!
Cross-country ski and biathlon are two activities you must try in your winter holidays! More than 7km track await you in Palafavera (1520m above sea level), where you can venture into the fascinating winter landscape dominated by the monumental Mount Pelmo and Mount Civetta.
In Val di Zoldo you will also find the brand new biathlon shooting range of the region Veneto. It is in a unique location to host the lovers of this emerging and exciting discipline. Teachers are available to guide you in this activity with ski lessons and shooting lessons with rifle!
